If you are hardworking, enthusiastic with a desire to learn and get stuck in, this is the right role for you! We are ideally looking for a three-month commitment but will consider flexibility for the right person. This internship could develop into a full-time position after the successful completion of the internship.

What the role involves: 

As a PA to Managing Director, your key tasks will include:

  • Diary management: Day to day diary management; liaising with internal and external meeting arrangements and making decisions on priority.
  • Coordination of meeting attendees, location, supporting materials including refreshments, conference.
  • Expenses: to ensure these are completed in accordance with our travel and expenses policy.
  • Telephone and email: to be the first point of contact and is able to screen calls, handling what can be done immediately.
  • Supporting Head of Operations and People and Talent Coordinator on projects.
  • Hospitality – reception, refreshments for meetings/visitors, catering, kitchen.
  • Meeting room management.

 

  • Ability to respond to proactively and efficiently to changing priorities
  • High attention to detail.
  • Create presentations on behalf of the Director to share with senior management level audience.
  • Dealing with clients and prospective clients, presenting a friendly and informed face of the company.
  • Helping organise events and functions and supporting planning and preparation.
  • Helping organise PR activities for Director. Working closely with our PR supplier to arrange diary, attend events and support on presentation preparation.
