After winning the BBC Apprentice in 2016, Alana Spencer launched Ridiculously Rich By Alana, her 50/50 partnership with Lord Sugar. When Alana was looking to launch the Ambassador side of the business, (an opportunity for people who are full of energy, passionate about food and enjoy selling to the public to have their own part in the Ridiculously Rich family); she tasked Climb Online to create an engaging video to encourage Ambassador sign-ups.

Our analysis of the UK baking market showcased the types of social media Alana’s target audience were interested in. This knowledge allowed us to exploit YouTube as the best channel to get the word out about Alana’s Ambassador openings. The video needed to embody the Ridiculously Rich brand and showcase the benefits of being a Ridiculously Rich By Alana Brand Ambassador. It was essential for Alana to have a family feel to the video as that’s the relationship she shares with all of her ambassadors. The campaign was a UK wide campaign.
We successfully secured 100 Ambassador Applications for the business and have since acquired a further 60 applications and counting. This has successfully led to Ridiculously Rich taking on 20 of these Ambassadors for 20 Regions.
