Established in 2006, Fielding & Nicholson support British trade and offer bespoke tailoring with a contemporary twist. Initially an online only business, Fielding & Nicholson were looking to grow their customer base and expand to a physical location. Climb Online were briefed to create a digital marketing strategy around long term sustainable growth. As Fielding & Nicholson has offices in the same building as Climb Online, we were able to focus on the human touch and work closely with the brand from the start of the campaign.

We knew that the market was highly competitive, so we started by implementing a solid SEO strategy in order to increase the site’s organic ranking. With the right implementation Fielding & Nicholson started moving through the ranks for the selected keywords quickly. With the focus on growth, we worked very closely with Director Ian on developing the strategy, by implementing Conversion Rate Optimisation techniques on the website to increase online enquiries. We additionally worked on a website migration in order to improve the functionality of the site. The strategy Climb Online developed improved enquiries and the business continued to grow as a result.
Climb Online have produced excellent results for Fielding & Nicholson including; improvements in traffic, site engagement, keyword rankings, conversions and as a result business growth. The work Climb Online have completed over the duration of the campaign has allowed Fielding & Nicholson to open their first showroom in East London’s Iconic Shoreditch, home to their expert bespoke cutter and highly skilled tailors.
