The Bridging Loan Hub was founded in 2015 and is a dedicated broker helping customers find bridging finance and other property related finance in the UK. Based in the centre of London, they take enquiry made via application or email and match customer’s requirements with the lenders. Finance is an extremely competitive industry with inflated cost per click and the target customers are sophisticated savvy investors in this industry. Climb Online were challenged to gain visibility on the top search results, generate relevant leads and a high ROI.

Our extensive knowledge of the finance industry and landing page optimisation enabled us to produce a comprehensive strategy for Bridging Loan Hub. It was important to identify the searchers’ buying intentions and buyer journey from the very beginning.
