After predominantly focusing on a UK market, Alpha Card Compact Media were looking to launch their products globally. Climb Online were challenged to drive traffic to their new website, and ultimately increase sales. Alpha Card had experienced poor results from previous agencies and enquiry levels were suffering, particularly on their German site.
Our analysis of the global print media market showcased the gap in the market for Alpha Card’s products. We were able to exploit these using different channels of marketing including; Paid Media, Social Media and Search Engine Optimisation. There was a need to drive brand awareness and generate sales and the mix of marketing strategies enabled us to reach a wider audience.
We have successfully globalised the Alpha Card brand, which have now turned into orders and repeat orders.

In the last 12 months over 30% of orders were from new clients and of these 80% were from the web. We have a very high repeat order rate so we would expect a large proportion of these new enquiries to be retained clients.”
